How an application reaches you.
What a client does on your site, and what lands in Workspace.
What the client does
A client starts on your site and confirms their email address or mobile with a 6-digit code before anything else happens. Nothing is collected and no file exists until they've done that.
From there the assistant works through the fact-find with them in plain language. They can stop and come back, and it picks up where they left off.
What you get
One file, with the client's situation, their documents, and a record of everything that was said and when.
New files appear in your pipeline the moment a client submits. You'll also get an email.
What the assistant won't do
It doesn't approve anything, recommend a lender to the client, or send anything on your behalf. It prepares; you review, explain, decide and sign.
